City <br /> Attorney Morris to be contacted and a meeting <br /> set up with- him at his convenience. <br /> ITEMS FROM PEOPLE Mrs. George Sirokman expresssed her side of <br /> IN ATTENDANCE NOT the vacation of the alley west of her property <br /> APPEARING ON THE as opposed to that of Dave Bailey representing <br /> AGENDA Mrs. Michel. Asked for Council 's consideration <br /> vacating the alley. Mayor Caranci informed Mrs. <br /> Sirokman the matter would be settled at the <br /> October 16th, 1973 meeting. <br /> Mr. Boyd Forbis expressed concern over water <br /> rights that had been purchased by the Sanita- <br /> tion Department before it was taken over by the <br /> City. City Administrator Wurl assured Mr. Forbis <br /> that the water rights had been transferred to <br /> the City. <br /> PARKING LOT - OLD City Administrator Wurl reported that the removal <br /> STEINBAUGH PROPERTY of the buildings is progressing well. He and <br /> City Engineer White are suggesting that the metal <br /> building be moved to the Sanitation plant site <br /> for utilization by the City as a storage area. <br /> Penner Construction submitted an estimate to move <br /> and reconstruct the building on a light founda- <br /> tion for $13,165.00 - foundation only $5,583.00. , <br /> move building only $9,468.00. <br /> Councilman King moved that Army Reserve move <br /> building tree of charge and Penner Construction <br /> Co. be authorized to pour foundation for $5,583.00. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Jensen. Roll call vote - <br /> Deborski no, King yea, Jensen yes. Donovan yes, <br /> Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br /> RAW WATER USERS: City Administrator Wurl reported that he had <br /> met with 3 of the people north of South Boulder <br /> Road and reviewed costs of what it would be to <br /> hook on to the filtered water from EPIC. Mr. <br /> Hurl had asked the State to write the owners <br /> who are now on the raw water line stating they <br /> would be forced to hook-up to filtered water <br /> as raw water service would be discontinued. The <br /> State didn't seem to want to get in a hassle with <br /> the 5 involved. Matter still pending. <br /> Page - 4 - <br />
