City Administrator Wurl than recommended that the Mayor and the Council authorize the sign- ing of this agreement, committing the City of Louisville to half the price of the project in the amount of $1,500.00. The City of Lafayette has approved their half of the project. Mayor Caranci then inquired if Erie and Superior had been loft out of the agreement. City Administrator Wurl stated no they were not in the preliminary plan-would eventually be in eluded. After discussion, Councilman King boved that Council enter into agreement for engineering services for a treatment facility site location site location and feasibility study. Seconded by Councilman Deborski. Roll call vote - Deborski yea, King yes, Jensen yes, )onovan yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. Mayor Caranci then requested the Mayor and council elect be at the Thursday evening Coal Creek meet- ing. AMERICAN PIPELINE After discussion as to approximate completion ESTIMATE date and cost, Councilman King moved that pay- ment be made to American Pipeline Construction Co. in the amount of $31,563.43. Seconded by Councilman Donovan. Domenico yes, Scholl yes Donovan yes, Jensen yes, King yes, Deborski yes. Motion carried. PENNER ESTIMATE After reading the Penner Estimate to Council, SEWER PLANT City Administrator Wurl also advised that we had received a Government Grant today in the amount of $53,000.00. Councilman King moved that Penner Estimate No. 7 in the amount of $10,249.00 be osid. Seconded by Councilman Donovan. FLEMING ESTIMATE City Administrator Wurl advised Council this was a matter of approving the bid as the actual pay- ment would come from the Leaatnt Company. Councilman Donovan moved that the Fleming eatirlate in the amount of $71,781.69 be aanroved. Seconded by Councilman Kinn.
