CITY OF NOR GLENN Adsinistrator Wurl advised Council the City RESOLUTION: of Northglenn sent a letter, which was in- cluded in the packet, and resolution which he read. Context of the framed resolution #78.22, Series 1978 stated "The Mayor and City Council of the City of Northglenn ex- tended their sincere gratitude and apprecia- tion to the Mayor and City Council of the City of Louisville for their support of the Northglenn amendment to the Clean Water Plan, passed on motion at the December, 1977, meet- ing of the Denver Regional Council of Govern- ments, and for their participation in a true demonstration of the spirit of regional co- operation. Dated, at Northglenn, Colorado, this 5th day of January, 1978." Signed by Alvin B. Thomas, Mayor; Shirley Whitten, City Clerk; and "APPROVED AS TO FORM" by City Attorney Charles L. Sharp, Jr. Councilman DelPizzo suggested that a letter be sent to the City of Thornton acknowledging the resolution. CITY HALL REMODEL: Administrator Wuri brought attention to the map and memorandum on this project. Included was a written suggestion how the improvement might be financed. If Council so desired this could be discussed at the next Council. meeting, June 27, 1978, or at a special work session. BOULDER CAMERA EDITORIAL: Administrator Wurl advised that an editorial had been written with which Mr. Wuri had a minor disagreement. He spoke with Reporter Todd Malmsbury of the Boulder Camera, who contacted the editorial department; as a result another editorial was printed apologiz- ing for the derogatory comments made. He then expressed his appreciation- to Mr. Nalms- bury. Councilman DiLorenzo moved that the City Administrator's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Question called for. 4 ayes - none opposed. notion carried,
