Administrator Siege advised we had not re- ceived our appraisal as yet. What can be done about the drainage problem at Miner's Field? Administrator Awl stated he would meet with the Engineer and report with some recommendations. Councilman DiCarlo: Is anything ever going to be done with the large open hole on Front St. , the former Steinbaugh Hardware Store? DiCarlo is very concerned that some- one would have an unfortunate accident. Administrator Wuri to check with Glenn Steinbaugh. COUNCILMAN MARY Reported the Long Range Planning Commission DILORENZO: is still working on the Niwot area. She also stated she would be at the DRCOG meeting regarding the Foothills Water Treatment Plant, and Council gave her permission to give Council's approval to the project. CEMETERY CANOPY: Had a complaint from some of the citizens that the canopy had not been taken down all weekend; caretaker to be contacted. BROCHURE ADVERTISING THE Had requests for brochure advertising Louis- CITY OF LOUISVILLE ville, industrial sites, housing, etc. Administrator Wurl advised that he had been working on just such a brochure, and he had talked with a firm that had done some work for Larry Mizel, but their cost was too high. Mizel, the CO RR, Director Drumm and Adminis- trator Wurl have been working on the program and will keep Council advised. Councilman DiLorenzo stated that the Denver Headquarters would like to have colored slides of the area from us, if possible. COUNCILMAN NORBERT MEIER: Expressed his concern about the speeding on Lafayette St. , especially over the weekends, and had received several complaints and was concerned that one of the children would be injured.
