By Roll Call Vote, <br /> the motion carried 7-0. <br />ORDINANCE #1015, SERIES 1989 - AMENDMENTS TO LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE _ <br />2ND READING, <br />PUBLIC HEARING Read by title only, Ordinance #1015, Series <br /> 1989, "An Ordinance amending Titles 1 and 2 of <br /> the Louisville Municipal Code." Proof of <br /> publication and notice of public hearing were <br /> certified by the City Clerk. <br /> Stahl explained that this Ordinance was drafted <br /> to clarify certain items in Chapters 1 and 2 of <br /> the Louisville Municipal Code. Subsequent to <br /> the original submittal to Council, there were <br /> public comments regarding whether or not the <br /> amended Ordinance was in fact clear with <br /> respect to the appointments and terms for the <br /> Judge, Attorney and Planning Commission <br /> members. Staff tried to clarify certain of <br /> these points and discussed with Council members <br /> and Council-elect these issues. Stahl stated <br /> that it has become apparent that it appears the <br /> Ordinance will probably not "come to closure as <br /> it is presented" and recommends that the new <br /> Council deal with the issues after they take <br /> office. Staff recommends Ordinance #1015 be <br /> tabled until January 16, 1990. <br /> Mayor Fauson opened the pUblic hearing and <br /> concurred with Stahl's recommendation. <br /> Dominic DeSantis, 1045 Front Street, asked to <br /> speak to the issue stating that it is his <br /> opinion that certain amendments contained <br /> within this Ordinance are unacceptable. Mr. <br /> DeSantis reviewed amendments he felt were <br /> 3 <br />
