Location is not good for walking, <br /> bicycling or mass transit. <br /> 2. Malls are passe a thing of the past. <br /> 3. Not being developed for the needs of <br /> Louisville. <br /> John Leary 1116 LaFarge <br /> 1. The development is the antithesis of <br /> progress. <br /> 2. Building a country mall, a potential <br /> albetros. <br /> • 3. Stated that the tax payer will being <br /> paying for the development. <br /> 4. Felt that all alternatives were not <br /> studied, as a possible tri city mall to <br /> help keep tax down. <br /> 5. Felt the City had no financial planning <br /> and that the budget was a nonintelligible <br /> document with no revenue projections over <br /> the next years. <br /> Councilman DelPizzo stated that the Council <br /> looking towards the future. He stated that <br /> hopefully some day the City will be able <br /> to lower the mill levy more and possibly <br /> give some free services like sewer. use. <br /> Councilman Berry stated that he feltithe <br /> tri city involvement would be good; how- <br /> ever, when it was suggested several years <br /> back, they were not interested. <br />
