CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT COMMUNITY FORESTRY GRANT David Stahl, Dir. of Parks & Recreation, explained to Council that the Forest Service have no funds at this time; how- ever, they are soliciting proposals from communities as to the type of projects they would propose. Mr. Stahl felt that a project to replace and trim trees on Main Street area of • the City would be beneficial.
