November 27, <br /> 410 410 Minutes - <br /> AuO:EMCE COMMENTS Don McKee, representing Citizens Par- <br /> ticipating in Louisville' Futura,aaksd <br /> FAKE IDENTIFICATION CARDS ID there were plans to take the fake <br /> ID issue to the D.A. <br /> Mayor Waschak responded that if Council <br /> wishes to take action it will be brought <br /> up. <br /> Councilman DelPisso stated that he did <br /> not feel it necessary to take any action <br /> because it was all done in fun and did <br /> not feel that they were misused, and did <br /> not feel they needed to be made an issue <br /> of since they had been disposed of. <br /> Mr. McKee stated that he felt it was a <br /> criminal act and should be dealt with. <br /> Council requested that a report be sub- <br /> mitted at the next meeting. <br /> uerR IN THE VAN Mr. McKee asked what was done about the <br /> incident with transporting beer in the <br /> senior citizens van. <br /> Mr. Stahl reported that the situation <br /> was explained to him and that Mr. Elrod <br /> had been removed from driving the City <br /> vehicle and reprimanded for his actions. <br /> SNOW REMOVAL Mr. Rick Luce, 187 Harper St. , stated <br /> that there were some problems with the <br /> snow removal during the last storm and <br /> was concerned with the safety hazards. <br /> Staff explained that it was an unusually <br /> bad storm and the City worked hard to <br /> do all they could; however, some streets <br /> were 1ste in getting plowed. <br /> A6%NDONED VEHICLES Mr. Howard Pollock, asked about abandoned <br /> vehicles. <br /> Mr. Wurl reported that the City does have <br /> abandoned vehicles covered in the Model <br /> Traffic Code, and due to the storm many <br /> were abandoned in the streets which did <br /> create a problem; however, under the <br /> circumstances there were not many alter- <br /> natives in towing the cars and having <br /> a place to store them. <br />
