McKee advised the City would have <br /> his letter the following day. <br /> Councilman Domenico suggested that <br /> all five people who were plantiffs <br /> in the suit against the City sign <br /> Mt. Mc?ee's letter, so that there <br /> would be no repercussions at a later <br /> date. <br /> Mr. McKee to get with Attorney Joss <br /> relative to the contents and structure <br /> of the letter. <br /> ACCEPTANCE Councilman Meier moved that the City <br /> Administrator's report be accepted <br /> and placed on file. Seconded by <br /> Councilmen Domenico. Question called <br /> for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE City Clerk Stahl read her letter <br /> REPORTS of resignation effective February <br /> CITY CLERK - PATRICIA STAHL 21, 1981. <br /> RESIGNATION Councilman Domenico moved, with regret, <br /> that City Clerk Stahl's resignation <br /> be accepted. Seconded by Councilman <br /> ACCEPTANCE Meier. Question called for. All in <br /> favor. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> Mayor Caranci thanked City Clerk Stahl <br /> for her service for the past seven <br /> years for the City of Louisville. <br /> Someone will be designated Acting <br /> City Clerk at the next meeting. <br /> COUNCILMAN MEIER Inquired of Director Hioco if the <br /> GRASSHOPPERS County planned to have a meeting re- <br /> garding grasshopper control. Director <br /> Hioco replied the meeting would be <br /> February 5, 1981 and he planned to attend <br /> SOUTH BOULDER ROAD REPAIR Directed his comment to Administrator <br /> Wurl - South Boulder Road about 400 <br /> feet east of the RR tracks is badly <br /> in need of repair where water or gas <br /> line, were dug to supply Christopher <br /> Village. City Engineer Blanchard to <br /> get with the developer and correct the <br /> problem. <br />
