Wurl advised the <br /> Colorado Municipal League was also <br /> pursuing the investment pools and <br /> as he receives more information he <br /> would advise Council. <br /> Councilman Maier thanked City Clerk <br /> Stahl for all her help and wished <br /> her well in her new endeavors. <br /> COUNCILMAN CARNIVAL Stated he was pleased to hear that <br /> GRASSHOPPERS Director Hioco would have an active <br /> grasshopper control program this year. <br /> POLICY FOR USE OF CITY VEHICLES Inquired if anything had been done <br /> about our policy for the use of city <br /> vehicles. <br /> Administrator Wurl advised this was <br /> discussed with the attorneys and it <br /> will be forthcoming. <br /> GUIDELINES ON WATER CHARGES Suggested some guidelines should be <br /> initiated on water charges when a <br /> homeowner vacates or purchases a <br /> home in the middle of the month. <br /> Administrator Wurl advised that he <br /> Chief Accountant Caranci, and the <br /> attorneys would propose a draft and <br /> present it to him for his consideration. <br /> COLORADO MUNICIPAL CONVENTION Suggested that since the convention <br /> is in Northglenn this year, it was <br /> his thought that city officials not <br /> stay in Northglenn since it is so near <br /> Louisville. <br /> PARKING SIGNS AT CITY HALL Stated he had had some complaints about <br /> the time limit posted on the parking <br /> signs in the vicinity. <br /> LIGHTING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CITY Inquired if additional lighting could <br /> HALL be placed on the north side of the city <br /> hall. <br /> Mayor Caranci also stated that the <br /> storm drain through the sidewalk <br /> entering the building was extremely <br /> slippery in the winter time. <br /> Mr. Wurl to check. <br /> MAYOR'S PARKING SPACE Questioned why this parking space <br /> was reserved for 24 hours. <br />
