Motion carried 6-0. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF CITY ATTORNEY'S Councilman Fauson moved that the City <br /> REPORT Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br /> on file. Seconded by Councilman Brown. <br /> Question called for. All in favor. Notion <br /> carried. <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT Administrator Wurl advised the City has <br /> Davidson Water an opportunity to buy 30 shares of Davidson <br /> Ditch water @ $1,000 per share. The finan- <br /> cing would be $15,000 down and interest at <br /> 10% - interest only payment Sept. of 1982 <br /> and pay the balance in Sept. of 1983. <br /> Didn t have an opportunity to prepare a <br /> contract was asking Council 's authorization <br /> for the Mayor and Clerk to sign the contract <br /> when it is prepared. <br /> AUTHORIZATION FOR MAYOR AND Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Mayor <br /> CLERK TO SIGN CONTRACT and Clerk be authorized to sign the pro- <br /> posed contract for 30 shares of Davidson <br /> water @ $1,000 per share. Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS Asked Director Rupp if further progress <br /> Councilman Meier had been made with RTD. <br /> He replied that at the last meeting RTD <br /> stated by December they would have something <br /> firm about new service to the area. <br /> Basically the route now is Arapahoe to <br /> Lafayette and dead-ends at Safeway in <br /> Louisville. <br />
