Therefor, it was his opinion <br /> that the exclusive park permit would be <br /> sufficient. PUD AMEND- in its entirety and each member of council <br /> MENT had a copy before him. <br /> ADOPTION Councilman DelPizzo moved that Resolution <br /> #27 - Storage Technology Corp. P.U.D. <br /> Amendment be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br /> Cummings. <br /> Councilman Meier Was of the opinion the 110' radio trans- <br /> mission tower should be lighted. <br /> Director Rupp stated the tower would not be <br /> lighted and showed council pictures of it <br /> that had been provided by Jim Graham of STC. <br /> Councilman Cummings Inquired if the law required that the tower <br /> be lighted. <br /> Director Rupp advised no if it were over 120' <br /> it would have to be lighted. <br /> Question called for on the motion. All in <br /> favor. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> RESOLUTION #28 - TETON ENGERGY <br /> CO. - SPECIAL USE REVIEW Tabled. <br /> RESOLUTION #29 FINAL PLAT <br /> AND P.U.D. HERITAGE SUBDIVISION Tabled. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF THE CITY ATTORNEY'S <br /> REPORT Councilman Fauson moved that the City Attorney's <br /> Report be accepted and placed on file. <br /> Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo.
