They <br /> could further subdivide and further develop <br /> it. <br /> Mayor Meier Commented he was not in favor of providing <br /> utilities outside the urban services area, <br /> and was perturbed with the County zoning <br /> designation. <br /> Councilman Fauson Inquired of Director Rupp if he had County <br /> Zoning maps? <br /> Rupp replied the ones he had were not always <br /> that current or accurate, he would prefer <br /> calling the County for verification. <br /> Mr. Holder advised that Empire Road was not <br /> a dedicated right-of-way and cannot be con- <br /> sidered as dividing the original property. <br /> The road exists only by virute of its use. <br /> Councilman Cummings dented it seems Louisville has become <br /> the arena to contest every open space issue, <br /> debate, policy, etc. The open space issue <br /> has become a priority.
