Mayor Meier called <br /> the meeting to order at 7:34 P.K. M.D.S.T. There being present at the call <br /> of the roll the following persons: <br /> COUNCILMEMBERS: John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris, <br /> Dennis Ferrets, and Herman Fauson <br /> ABSENT: Councilman Don Cummings <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl , City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> William Hesson, City Treasurer <br /> John Lanterman, Planner <br /> August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br /> David Blanchard, City Engineer <br /> Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> Sharon Caramel., Chief Accountant <br /> Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> ABSENT: John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br /> Councilman Leary Stated Council did not adjourn the last <br /> Adjourn meeting meeting. <br /> of July 6, 1982 Councilman Leary moved, Councilman Fauson <br /> seconded that the meeting of July 6, 1982 <br /> be adjourned. Question called for. All <br /> in favor. Motion carried. <br /> APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Mayor and Councilmembere approved the min- <br /> utes of the regular meeting of July 6, 1982 <br /> as presented. <br /> ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br /> seconded that the items enclosed be accepted <br /> and brought up under the proper head of <br /> business . Question called for. All in <br /> favor. Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the <br /> LOUISVILLE LIQUOR MART application was in order and the request <br /> MODIFICATION OF PREMISES is to modify the exiting premises relative <br /> to the liquor license, which needs Council 's <br /> approval. <br /> taPROVAL Councilman Leary moved, Councilman Fauson <br /> seconded that .until approve the modifi- <br /> cation of the Juisville Liquor Mart premises . <br /> Question calleu for. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br />
