• 410 REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JULY 20, 1982 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main St. , Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the meeting to order at 7:34 P.K. M.D.S.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons: COUNCILMEMBERS: John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris, Dennis Ferrets, and Herman Fauson ABSENT: Councilman Don Cummings ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl , City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney William Hesson, City Treasurer John Lanterman, Planner August Hioco, Director of Community Services David Blanchard, City Engineer Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Sharon Caramel., Chief Accountant Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk ABSENT: John Rupp, Director of Community Development Councilman Leary Stated Council did not adjourn the last Adjourn meeting meeting. of July 6, 1982 Councilman Leary moved, Councilman Fauson seconded that the meeting of July 6, 1982 be adjourned. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Mayor and Councilmembere approved the min- utes of the regular meeting of July 6, 1982 as presented. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera seconded that the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business . Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the LOUISVILLE LIQUOR MART application was in order and the request MODIFICATION OF PREMISES is to modify the exiting premises relative to the liquor license, which needs Council 's approval. taPROVAL Councilman Leary moved, Councilman Fauson seconded that .until approve the modifi- cation of the Juisville Liquor Mart premises .
