All the pre- <br /> mium services will be $8 .00 per month. <br /> 39. Of Gross Revenue Councilman Cussen wished to know if this <br /> amount is paid quarterly, or annually to <br /> the City. paying <br /> Tennessen advised they have been/annually, <br /> however the new computer system is set up <br /> to pay quarterly. He felt this should amount <br /> to approximately $6 ,000 for the City. <br /> Monthly Newsletter Councilman Cussen again reiterated that he <br /> would request that Council be provided with <br /> a monthly newsletter thus eliminating a lot <br /> of the problems that had developed. <br /> New Subdivisions Councilman Cussen wished to be assured that <br /> the Medema and American Builders homes would <br /> have service by April , 1983 . <br /> Tennessen advised that wanted every customer <br /> that they could get and was one reason why <br /> their company was going to the joint trench <br /> proposal so all newcomers will be able to <br /> get on the system immediately. Yes , they <br /> would be serviced by April , 1983 . <br /> Councilman Cussen complimented Mr. Tennessen <br /> on the good service and good variety of pro- <br /> grams provided by their company. <br /> Mayor Meier Inquired why Channel 5 was always snowy? <br /> Tennessen advised that Channel 5 was the <br /> Cheyenne station which is a line of sight <br /> propostion. <br /> Piayor Meier commented that the trend around <br /> the country is for the cities to not utilize <br /> the public-type equipment . He inquired what <br /> Mr . Tennessen's experience had been. <br /> Tennessee advised their experience in Colorado <br /> has been very gratifying. However this was <br /> not the case across the nation - the equip- <br /> ment was available and there seemed to be no <br /> community interest . <br />
