Yes , they <br /> would be serviced by April , 1983 . <br /> Councilman Cussen complimented Mr. Tennessen <br /> on the good service and good variety of pro- <br /> grams provided by their company. <br /> Mayor Meier Inquired why Channel 5 was always snowy? <br /> Tennessen advised that Channel 5 was the <br /> Cheyenne station which is a line of sight <br /> propostion. <br /> Piayor Meier commented that the trend around <br /> the country is for the cities to not utilize <br /> the public-type equipment . He inquired what <br /> Mr . Tennessen's experience had been. <br /> Tennessee advised their experience in Colorado <br /> has been very gratifying. However this was <br /> not the case across the nation - the equip- <br /> ment was available and there seemed to be no <br /> community interest . <br />
