Recalled that an Exhibit C was mentioned in the agree- .aent, which is a schematic sketch plan and could be attached to the agreement for Coun- cil's consideration on the density. It could stipulate the type of structure Council would prefer. Councilman Cussen Wished clarification to be certain that the density issue would be reviewed by the Plan- ning Commission. Director Rupp stated Planning Commission had reviewed the zoning, number of units, and density. There was nothing discussed about the possible transfer of density for dedi- cated portion of South Boulder Road. With- out seeing a site plan, the Planning Com- mission felt that the R-M zoning was appro- priate for the site. ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE #790 Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Leary seconded that Ordinance 1790 - Rickman-Moses Zoning be adopted. Roll call vote: Fauson Yes Ferrera Yes Cummings Yes Morris Yes Cussen Yes Leary Yes Motion carried unanimously. ORDINANCE #793 - STORER CABLE Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance; T.V. PERMIT TRANSFER Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only PUBLIC HEARING on second reading, public hearing and certi- fied proper publication. Mayor Pro -tem Fauson opened the public hearing_ Attorney Rautenstraus certified proper pub- lication of the public hearing. Rautenstraus then advised Council that the applicant - Scripps-Howard Cable Services requested that this public hearing be continued until June 7, 1983, as they had some minor matters to resolve before entering into the amendment to the permit agreement. CONTINUANCE OF PUBLIC HEARING Councilman Cussen commented he and Council- woman Morris still had concerns regarding the amendment to the permit agreement after meeting with the Scripps-Howard representa- tives.
