It could <br /> stipulate the type of structure Council <br /> would prefer. <br /> Councilman Cussen Wished clarification to be certain that the <br /> density issue would be reviewed by the Plan- <br /> ning Commission. <br /> Director Rupp stated Planning Commission had <br /> reviewed the zoning, number of units, and <br /> density. There was nothing discussed about <br /> the possible transfer of density for dedi- <br /> cated portion of South Boulder Road. With- <br /> out seeing a site plan, the Planning Com- <br /> mission felt that the R-M zoning was appro- <br /> priate for the site. <br /> ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE #790 Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Leary <br /> seconded that Ordinance 1790 - Rickman-Moses <br /> Zoning be adopted. PERMIT TRANSFER Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only <br /> PUBLIC HEARING on second reading, public hearing and certi- <br /> fied proper publication. <br /> Mayor Pro -tem Fauson opened the public hearing_ <br /> Attorney Rautenstraus certified proper pub- <br /> lication of the public hearing. Rautenstraus <br /> then advised Council that the applicant - <br /> Scripps-Howard Cable Services requested that <br /> this public hearing be continued until June <br /> 7, 1983, as they had some minor matters to <br /> resolve before entering into the amendment <br /> to the permit agreement. <br /> CONTINUANCE OF PUBLIC HEARING Councilman Cussen commented he and Council- <br /> woman Morris still had concerns regarding <br /> the amendment to the permit agreement after <br /> meeting with the Scripps-Howard representa- <br /> tives.
