Question called <br /> for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Attorney Rautenstraus briefly summarized the <br /> amendment to the agreement. <br /> Service to Medema Comes Councilman Cussen then commented on concerns <br /> that he and Councilwoman Morrie shared. One <br /> was that service would not be provided to the <br /> Dutch Creek Subdivision until August 15 . 1983. <br /> The contention was that before this service <br /> could be provided all five municipalities that <br /> Storer has must agree with this. Therefore, <br /> this could possibly be delayed for a year. <br /> Scripps-Howard was informed that Storer was <br /> responsible to install this service in a timely <br /> manner and if this is not accomplished. Cussen <br /> suggested that Council call upon the $100,000 <br /> Surety Bond and perhaps call in an independent <br /> service to make the installation by August <br /> 15th. Storer be notified of this action that <br /> Council will take. . <br /> Attorney Rautenstraus verified the_City has <br /> a specific account with Storer, which enables <br /> the City signature power; and he was reviewing <br /> information on the Surety Bond from the bonding <br /> company. <br /> Local Origination Equipment Councilman Cussen also expressed concern re- <br /> Rates - Location of Office garding the local origination equipment for <br /> Listings City Hall; felt this should be vital to enter- <br /> ing into the agreement. Did not find the list <br /> of equipment as presented acceptable . Wanted <br /> assurance that the rates would not be increased <br /> for a year also maintain an office within <br /> the City of Louisville . Would want no less <br /> than what the City id presently receiving on <br /> Cable listings. <br /> Councilwoman Morris Commented regarding the equipment for City <br /> Hall, it was her understanding that it would <br /> be available for today, and if we so wished <br /> could have our Planning Commission and City <br /> Council meetings on cable by June 1st. Wished <br /> definite information on-the equipment and when <br /> it would be operable. This was still Storer's <br /> responsibility. <br />
