However, discussions <br /> with respect to the location of said office <br /> may occur after two years from the date of <br /> the transfer of the Permit to allow the office <br /> to be moved outside the City limits. Her <br /> question was that if Council did sot agree <br /> to the relocation of the office, could Scripps- <br /> Howard do it anyway? <br /> Attorney Rautenstraus advised they could not. <br /> Listings Councilwoman Morris also stated information <br /> was given that 3 Sports Cable TV channels <br /> would be available but at this point Scripps- <br /> Howard does not carry all three channels and <br /> informed her they would provide a listing. <br /> Felt this listing was very important so <br /> that our residents will know what to expect <br /> when the tranfer occurs. <br /> Councilman Cussen Commented he felt if the agreement is complied <br /> with it was a good one with Storer and Scripps- <br /> Howard.
