REGULAR MEETING _ LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MAY 1 1984 <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br /> Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier <br /> called the meeting to order at 7:31 P_M.M.D.T. There being present <br /> at the call of the roll the following persons: <br /> COUNCILMEMSBERS: Michael Cussen, John Leary, Betty Johnson, <br /> Susan Morris, and Rick Luce <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> William Hasson, City Treasurer <br /> John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br /> Karl Ketch, Director of Public Works <br /> August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br /> Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br /> Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br /> Councilman Luce requested that Items 11 A. <br /> July 4th Picnic and 11 K. South Boulder <br /> Road Projects AB be 'rarwed from the Consent <br /> Agenda. He also requested that Item 9 M. <br /> Downing Leach - Annexation Request be moved <br /> under the City Administrator's Report. <br /> Councilman Luce stated inasmuch as 9 M. <br /> is an annexation request and Item 10 E. <br /> is a- dicussion relating to annexation policies <br /> he felt it more appropriate to have this re- <br /> quest follow the discussion. <br /> APPROVAL AS AMENDED Councilman Leary moved, Councilman Luce <br /> seconded that the Consent Agenda be approved <br /> as amended. Question called for. All in <br /> favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> APPROVAL OF THE REGULAR AGENDA <br /> Councilman Leary requested that Item 10 D. <br /> Woodson Resolution be moved up to 9 B. <br /> APPROVAL AS AMENDED Councilwoman Morris moved, Mayor Meier seconded <br /> that the Regular Agenda be approved as amended. <br /> Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS Mrs. Sohn provided councilmembers with a <br /> Ardyth Sohn, 860 W. Oak Ct. copy of her letter of concern about the <br /> safe crossing of South Boulder Road by <br /> children living in Mesa Point, Continental <br /> View Estates and Hillsborough West sub-divsions. <br /> (Attached as Exibit A) . She then read the <br /> letter in its entirety. <br />
