Rioco explained the procedure for obtaining a boat <br /> permit. The permits are renewable annually as <br /> opposed to daily permits which would require more <br /> staff and more expense. The allocation will <br /> expand to 75 permits next year. <br /> Ssymanski suggested the allowed uses be looked at <br /> by the Task force to see if there could be sons <br /> additional activities at Sarper Lake. <br /> Responding to a question by Anderson, Sloop <br /> explained that there will be a designated area <br /> where contained BBQ's could take place. <br /> Rautenstraus suggested that the language in the <br /> Ordinance regarding "unauthorised vehicles' be <br /> spelled out more specifically to ensure the intent <br /> of the restriction. The wording will include <br /> 'official City business.' <br /> Mayor fauson closed the public hearing. <br /> Rio= was asked to look into the present permit <br /> allocation system and see if the number can be <br /> increased this year. <br /> Mayor Pauson moved that Ordinance 0901 be adopted <br /> as amended to include language regarding <br /> •unauthorised vehicles." Scarpella seconded. By <br /> Roll Call Vote, Ordinance 0901 was adopted <br /> unanimously. <br /> RESOLUTION 932 - EXPANSION OF TES <br /> URBAN SERVICE ARM Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution 932, <br /> 'A Resolution amending the City of Louisville <br /> urban service area.' <br /> Wanush explained that the resolution expands the <br /> urban service area to include the roster, <br /> Danailoff and sing properties coming up for first <br /> reading at tonight's meeting. Planning <br /> Commission recommended approval at the June 10th <br /> Tweeting. <br /> Mohr coved that the Council approve Resolution <br /> 032. Anderson seconded.
