This Ordinance is <br /> enforced as an Ordinance of the City if adopted. <br /> Stahl asked who specifically would be responsible <br /> and who would have the ultimate authority to <br /> require placement, size, etc. of water utilities <br /> in subdivision developments. <br /> Rautenstraus stated that ultimately it would <br /> become the decision of the City. <br /> Dhieux feels the hire District still has some <br /> jurisdiction over these decisions and feels that <br /> the District and the City have a good working <br /> relationship to case to ultimate conclusions. <br /> Stahl stated concern over the clear line of <br /> authority and if this is specifically addressed <br /> within this Ordinance. <br /> Rautenstraus stated that because this is a <br /> municipal Ordinance, it is the City's <br /> responsibility to enforce it. Bovsysr, Monert's <br /> property is within the Louisville Fire District <br /> which is an entity unto itself and therefore would <br /> also be responsible to that authority. <br /> Dhieui stated that there are provisions within the <br /> Colorado Revised Statutes where the lire District <br /> still has some jurisdiction over sone codes to be <br /> enforced within eunicipalities. <br /> lundley stated that the City accepts the <br /> responsibility of ultimate enforcement of this or <br /> any ordinance. Rundley suggested that if Counci l <br /> so desired, he and Rautenstraus would continue to <br /> review this question to see it there is any way to <br /> make it clearer with regard to lines of authority. <br /> In response to a question by Sackett regarding <br /> aainteaancs of fire hydrants, Pharr explained that <br /> the lire District routinely maintains them and <br /> from tins to time the City has also performed this <br /> 3 <br />
