Mohr further <br /> stated that acoording to Section 2, "The Chief of <br /> Fire Prevention of the Louisville Fire Protection <br /> District shall have the authority to require an <br /> increase in the minimum access widths where such <br /> widths are not adequate for fire or rescue <br /> operations.' In the next paragraph, the statement <br /> reads, The placement and installation of fire <br /> hydrants shall be as approved by the lire Marshall <br /> of tbs Louisville Fire Protection District.• Rohr <br /> feels that there doss need to be better <br /> clarification within the Ordinance if indeed the <br /> City has the last word on this.
