• 06/15/87 <br /> Anderson moved that Udall Bros,, Construction <br /> Inc. be awarded the bid for the Cemetery Waterline <br /> Jack and Bore in the amount of $6,860 and <br /> authorize the Public Works Department to proceed <br /> with the Cemetery Water line project as <br /> identified contingent upon obtaining the necessary <br /> easement. Szymanski seconded. Unanimous. <br /> ORDINANCE 6930 - RICNMO D ANNEXATION - 18T READIW - <br /> SET PUBLIC HEARING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance 6930, <br /> An Ordinance annexing to the City of Louisville, <br /> Colorado, a parcel of approximately 2.0 acres <br /> located east of Parcel 0 of the Howart <br /> Development, South of Cherry Street, owned by <br /> Lynda R. Richmond." Permission is being sought to <br /> place the Ordinance out for publication and a <br /> public hearing set for July 21, 1967. <br /> The applicants are requesting annexation of a two <br /> acre parcel located at 6330 Cherry Street. The <br /> Planning Commission reviewed the annexation <br /> proposal and found it complied with all state <br /> statutes and City ordinances. With five <br /> conditions, they recommend Council approve the <br /> annexation request. <br /> Mayor Pauson moved that Ordinance 6930 be placed <br /> out for publication and public hearing sat for <br /> July 21, 1987. Mohr seconded. Unanimous. <br /> ORDINANCE 6931 - RICHMOND ZONING - 1ST READING <br /> SET PUBLIC HEARING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance 6931, <br /> An Ordinance *mending Title 17 of the Louisville <br /> Municipal Code entitled °Zoning° by zoning <br /> property of approximately 2.0 acres owned by Lynda <br /> K. Richmond." Permission is being sought to place <br /> the Ordinance out for publication and a public <br /> hearing set for July 21, 1987. <br /> The applicant is requesting that this 2.0 acre <br /> parcel be zoned Commercial-Business. Since the <br /> property is bordered on two sides by Parcel 0 of <br /> the Centennial Valley General Development Plan, it <br /> is staff's opinion that it is a natural and <br /> logical extension of commercial development. <br /> Subject to Council's approval of the annexation <br /> request, Planning Commission recommends approval <br /> of the the CB zoning. <br /> Mayor Pauson moved that Ordinance 6931 be placed <br /> out for publication and a public hearing be held <br /> on July 21, 1967.
