('Aswan AGRBEMEH. - Mr. Mike Curless has agreed to grant an easement for <br /> CURLESS) a short length of property between State Highway 170 <br /> and State Highway 36. The easement agreement <br /> includes total compensation of $1000 for the ease- <br /> cent, fence relocation, reseeding and temporary <br /> construction easement. <br /> Public Service Company has also verbally agreed to <br /> grant an easement on 2.547 acres at $.075 per s.f. . <br /> at a total cost of 55,321.05. Public Service is <br /> currently preparing the easement agreement for <br /> review and approval by the City. <br /> A third easement from Bogart Development has been <br /> reviewed and should be returned to the City in a <br /> matter of days. <br /> Phare stated that staff is recommending approval of <br /> the easement agreement with Mr. Mike Curless for the <br /> Treated Water Storage project pipeline in the amount <br /> of $1,000 with authorisation for the Mayor and City <br /> Clerk to sign the agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> All easements and easement agreements should be <br /> final by Council's next meeting. <br /> Mayor Paulson asked if the Curless easement Agreement <br /> is approved tonight and the other easements do not <br /> come through, what are the City's options. <br /> 'hare explained that the pipeline could be located <br /> on the lower aide of the Louisville Lateral and <br /> that easement would be from the Bogart Development <br /> Corp. Phew felt there would be no problem in <br /> obtaining these if needed. Phare stated that he <br /> sees no problem with Public Service authorisation as <br /> it is just a matter of getting the paperwork <br /> finished on the agreement. <br /> laymsnski asked if this Curless easement would <br /> still be needed if an alternative route needed to be <br /> used. Phare stated that regardless of which route <br /> the pipeline would take, this easement was <br /> necessary. <br /> Mayor Pauson moved that Council approve the easement <br /> agreement with Mr. Mike Curless for the Treated <br /> Water Storage Project pipeline in the amount of <br /> $1,000.
