This Resolution was tabled at <br /> Council 's October 18 meeting at the request of the <br /> applicant. <br /> Franklin explained that Romart Development Company <br /> is requesting approval of a replat ot Lot 3 Block <br /> 3 of Parcel "O", First Piling. The request is <br /> made to accoi*odate Valley Glen PUD. <br /> Don Shonkwiler, Development Director for Homart, <br /> stated that this replat will accommodate the <br /> Valley Glen KID previously approved by Council . <br /> 6 <br />
