All in <br />favor. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />Mayor moved to go into an Executive Session to give instructions <br />to a negotiator on a possible Louisville/Superior Water and Sewer <br />Agreement and purchase of real property, seconded by Carnival. <br />Motion passed 5-1 with Howard voting no. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - LOUISVILLE/SUPERIOR WATER AND SEWER <br />AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />Howard moved to authorize the City Administrator and the City <br />Attorney to continue the negotiations that they have started with <br />the City of Superior, seconded by Mayor Fauson. All in favor. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />Mayor Fauson moved to allow the City Administrator to continue <br />the discussions on the purchase of the real property and report <br />back to Council and allow for an appraisal of the property, <br />seconded by Hornbostel. It will be held at the Recreation <br />Center. More details will follow. <br /> <br />The Futures Conference will be held May 3rd and <br />May 4th at the Recreation Center. An outline of <br />what the steering Committee has come up with was <br />included in the packet. <br /> <br />Carnival: There seems to be some concerns in the community <br />about organizations that were not represented on <br />the Steering Committee.
