.....,.

within a few months thereafter. Rest of project
is going very well, looks like we have our pad
sales sold or under contract and our leasing on
the inline and strip space is going exceedingly
well. Anticipate breaking ground sometime in May.
Looks like tonight we will get through the access
plan approval process and I'm here for any other
questions anyone has.

Howard: Would like to say that I'm very, very happy to
hear that the project can go ahead in its entirety
rather than breaking it up. That is something
that did concern me. wish you all the success in
the world.

Cudlip: King Sooper very bullish on the outlook for the
Louisville area, one of the reasons they have
moved it ahead. They think that opening the store
here in Louisville can do a lot of good business
for King Soopers also.

Fauson: You will break ground in May then?

Cudlip: Looks like sometime in middle to end of May start
develop.

REPORTS/CONTINUING DISCUSSION CONCERNING NORTHWEST PARKWAY

Hornbostel: We had a meeting on Monday night where we took the
technical parts of it with the IGA parts of it and
tried to make them so they matched. Some good
news on our part, although we don't have it in
writing and that's the reason you don't have
anything you in your packet right now.. I believe
what we submitted, our own exhibit B, and I
believe it is going to be accepted and we'll wait
and see when we get it. The other points about
the tOlling, the authority and the veto power have
been resolved to our satisfaction. Where we are
right now is that were continuing on, Jefferson
County and Arvada are still not involved in this
project, we're continuing on hoping that we'll
look like we have our project so together that the
legislature is going to feel like that and they're
going to grant this as part of the Boulder County
monies. However, since I don't have anything in
writing I think best thing is to continue the
hearing again or republish. What do we do? We
need to continue the public hearing until we
receive a final document. I'd like to move that.
Unless anyone has any questions?

Carnival: I'd just like to raise a couple of points and just
get some discussion going. I guess one of my
concerns and, Margaret, maybe you can help me

4
