<br />II', <br />',1: <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Historical Commission <br /> <br />Subcommittee Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />May 24, 2010 <br />Louisville Public Library Board Room <br />951 Spruce St. <br />4:00 PM <br /> <br />Commission Members Present: Dan Mellish, Anne Robinson, and Sally Burlingame. <br /> <br />Also Present: Beth Barrett, Director of Library & Museum Services, and Bridget Bacon, Museum <br />Coordinator <br /> <br />At this meeting, the attendees continued to plan for the Study Session with City Council on June 8th. <br /> <br />The attendees decided to minimize the number of items in the meeting packet, provide just one <br />historical photo, and bring just one artifact. <br /> <br />Bridget Bacon shared the memo that she wrote regarding storage needs at the Museum and the <br />storage recommendations that appeared in the 2004 CAP Report. She also shared the updated chart <br />that compares the staffing of the Louisville Historical Museum with other area city owned and operated <br />museums. The attendees discussed these items.
