..:1
Marvin Larson, 321 South 80th Street
Larson: There seems to me like there is an area that isn't being
addressed properly. You're talking about Louisville
paying for improvements on the access. What Louisville
annexed was the County road that was already paved.
Louisville annexed it and now they don't want to
assume any of the responsibility for it. This road is
serving many entities of Louisville like Ohmeda and
Avista Hospital and still you don't want to give us
anything. When we had something in the first place and
by virtue of the fact that you annexed it, which is proper
I guess, but you are not taking any of the responsibility
for it. You took it away from us.
Sackett: He must not be able to hear what we've been saying,
may be you folks could communicate to him what we
are trying to do.
Fauson: Have you missed part of the conversation do to lack of
hearing?
Larson: Pardon.
Fauson: We assume you missed some of the conversation here
due to the lack of hearing back there. That is what we
have been discussing is your access and that is what we
are trying to resolve at this time.
Sackett: We are speaking in favor of helping you out.
Larson: I don't know if there is a process of helping out, I think
it is your duty bound obligation to give us some access
that we had to start with.
Fauson: That has been part of the discussion, Mr. Larson.
Larson: Yes, but you're talking about asking the County to pay
for another road that we had in the first place.
Fauson: We're asking the County for some reimbursement.
Sackett: Ok, I guess he did hear.
H
