<br /> ...', <br />Hornbostel moved that Council approve the recommendations of the Downtown <br />Improvements Task Force and authorize the Public Works Department to obtain proposals <br />for professional services related to surveying and design of the project, seconded by Fauson. <br />All in favor. <br />Mayor Fauson moved that Council go to Executive Session to discuss a matter pending <br />litigation, seconded by Sackett. All in favor. Council adjourned to Executive Session 8:00 <br />p.m. <br />Mayor Fauson called the meeting back to order at 8:15 p.m. <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, gave a report on the Executive Session. <br />Griffiths: I would like to recommend that the City Council adopt <br /> a motion authorizing the City Attorney to write a letter <br /> to the attorney for Aaron Harber stating that based on <br /> the information and documents available to the City at <br /> this time, the City Council is not interested in pursuing <br /> settlement in Mr. Harber's claim against the City in the <br /> case of Aaron Harber vs a variety of defendants <br /> including the City of Louisville. <br />Sackett so moved, seconded by Davidson. All in favor. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS CONTINUED <br />PRESENTATION - BOULDER COUNTY UNITED WAY - DEBORAH <br />COULSON, LOANED EMPLOYEE, IBM CORPORATION <br />Deborah Coulson informed council that the City of Louisville's participation was up 100% <br />from 1990. Coulson presented the City with a plaque that acknowledges the outstanding <br />support and contributions of the employees of the City of Louisville. Mayor Fauson <br />accepted the plaque on behalf of the City. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24, SERIES 1991 - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />- PAD "C," LOUISVILLE PLAZA SUBDMSION (CONTINUED FROM <br />11/19/91) <br />John Franklin, Director of Community Development, gave a brief summary of the request <br />of the Louisville Plaza Subdivision. <br />The applicant, Louisville Plaza, Inc., has requested approval of a Final PUD Development <br />Plan for Pad "C" of the Louisville Plaza Subdivision. Pad "C" is located adjacent to South <br />Boulder Road, in the middle of the new K-Mart/King Soopers shopping center. <br /> 9 <br /> -- <br />
