At <br /> least three copies of the Uniform Building Code, 1985 Edition, as <br /> amended herein, all certified to be true, shall be available at the <br /> office of the city clerk for reference by any interested person <br /> between the hours of eight a.m. and five p.m. Monday through Friday, <br /> holidays excepted. The building code as finally adopted shall be <br /> available for sale to the public through the office of the city clerk <br /> at a moderate price. <br /> 15.04.120 PENALTY CLAUSE. The following penalty clause as <br /> contained in the Uniform Building Code, 1985 Edition, is herewith set <br /> forth in full and adopted: <br /> "Section 205. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, <br /> or corporation to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, <br /> improve, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy, or maintain <br /> any building or structure or cause or permit the same to be done, in <br /> violation of this Code. " <br /> Section 3 . Sections 15.08.010, 15.08.020, 15.08.030, <br /> 15.08.040, 15.08.050, of the Louisville Municipal Code are hereby <br /> repealed. <br /> Section 4 . The following sections are added to Chapter <br /> 15.08, Title 15 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> Section 15.08.010 ADOPTION. Pursuant to Title 31, Article <br /> 16, of C.R.S. 1973, as amended, there is adopted as a part of this <br /> code by reference the Uniform Mechanical Code, 1985 Edition, <br /> published by the International Conference of Building Officials, 5360 <br /> South Workman Mill Road, Whittier, California 90601, to have the <br /> same force and effect as if set forth herein in every particular. <br /> The subject matter of the adopted code includes minimum standards <br /> relating to the design, construction, installation, quality of <br /> materials, location, operation, and maintenance or use of heating, <br /> ventilating, cooling refrigeration systems, incinerators and other <br /> miscellaneous heat-producing appliances. In all sections of this <br /> chapter where a reference is made to the Uniform Mechanical Code, <br /> said eference shall be to the 1985 Edition of said code. <br /> Section 15.08.020 SECTION 304(a) AMENDED - PERMIT FEES. <br /> Section 304(a) of the Uniform Mechanical Code, 1985 Edition is <br /> adopted to add Table No. 3-A - Permit Fees. <br /> -4 - <br />
