<br /> Section 15.08.030 COPIES AVAILABLE AT OFFICE OF CITY CLERK.
<br /> At least three copies of the Uniform Mechanical Code, 1985 Edition,
<br /> of the International Conference of Building Officials, all certified
<br /> to be true by the mayor and city clerk, shall be available for
<br /> reference by any interested person between the hours of eight a.m.
<br /> and five p . m. , Monday through Friday, holidays excepted. The
<br /> mechanical code as adopted shall be available for sale to the public
<br /> through the office of the city clerk at a moderate price.
<br /> Section 15.08.040 PENALTY CLAUSE. The following penalty
<br /> clause as contained in the Uniform Mechanical Code, 1985 Edition, is
<br /> herewith set forth in full and adopted hereby:
<br /> Section 204 Violations
<br /> "It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation
<br /> to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove,
<br /> convert or demolish, equip, use or maintain any mechanical systems or
<br /> equipment or cause or permit the same to be done in violation of this
<br /> code."
<br /> Section 15.08.050 APPENDIX ADOPTED. Appendix C to the
<br /> Uniform Mechanical Code regarding vent sizing is hereby specifically
<br /> adopted as a part of the Uniform Mechanical Code, 1985 Edition.
<br /> Section 5 . Sections 15.16.010, 15.16.020, l5.16.030,
<br /> 15.16.040, 15.16.050, 15.l6.060, 15.16.070, 15.16.080, are hereby
<br /> repealed.
<br /> Section 6 . The following Sections are hereby added to
<br /> Chapter 15.16, Title 15 of the Louisville Municipal Code:
<br /> Section 15.16.010 ADOPTION. Pursuant to Title 31, Article
<br /> 16, Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973, as amended, there is adopted as
<br /> a part of this code and as the plumbing code of the city, by
<br /> reference thereto, the Uniform Plumbing Code, 1985 Edition, published
<br /> by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical
<br /> Officials, 5032 Alhambra Avenue, Los Angeles, California, to have the
<br /> same force and effect as if set forth herein in every particular.
<br /> The subject matter of the adopted code includes comprehensive
<br /> provisions providing for the uniform plumbing standards for the
<br /> purpose of protecting the public health, safety, and general welfare.
<br /> In all sections of this chapter where a reference is made to the
<br /> Uniform Plumbing Code, said reference shall be to the 1985 Edition of
<br /> said code.
<br /> Section 15.16.020 SECTION 20.7 - COST OF PERMIT. The
<br /> "Schedule of Fees" set forth in this section shall be utilized.
<br /> Section 15.16.030 APPENDICES ADOPTED. Provisions of
<br /> Appendices A, C, D, G , and H are hereby specifically adopted and made a
<br /> part of the Uniform Plumbing Code, 1985 Edition.
