<br /> estimated annual water rental or other appropriate amount, which <br /> deposit may be retained by the City at any time when payment of water <br /> rental becomes delinquent and the City may also require a new deposit <br /> before further service is rendered. When service is discontinued, <br /> this deposit less any amount still due the City for water service, <br /> shall be refunded with interest at the legal rate set by Colorado <br /> State Statute. <br /> 13.04.080 ( A) - If any water rent is not paid within <br /> thirty ( 30) days of the date of the billing, said account shall be <br /> deemed delinquent. Any delinquent account shall be assessed a $3.00 <br /> late charge plus one percent ( 1 %) of the monthly bill for any month <br /> in which the account is delinquent. If any water account is <br /> delinquent for a period of sixty ( 60) days from the date of the <br /> billing, the water service may be turned off and in no case shall it <br /> be turned on to the same property until such delinquent rent and late <br /> charges have been paid in fu 11 . In addition, a fee of $20.00 fee <br /> shall be paid in order to turn the delinquent service on during <br /> normal business hours and a $40.00 fee shall be charged in the event <br /> service shall be turned on not during normal business hours of the <br /> City. <br /> Section 3 . Sections 13.08.030, 13.08.050, 13.08.060, <br /> 13.08.070, 13.08.090, 13.08.100, 13.08.120, of the Louisville <br /> Municipal Code are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 4 . The following sections are hereby added to <br /> Chapter 1 3 .08 , Title 1 3 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 13.08.030 - Separate Connection ~quired. Two or more <br /> premises may not be supplied from one and the same connection unless <br /> said structures on the premises are served in such a manner on the <br /> effective date of this Ordinance. In the addition of a building or <br /> structure which adds a complete living unit in the case of a multi- <br /> family residence, or which adds a pad or pads to a mobile home court, <br /> or which adds rooms or apartments to an apartment house in the event <br /> such rooms are served by plumbing fixtures, or any addition not <br /> listed in this section which adds more than five points as computed <br /> by Table "A" under Section 13.12.030, such addition shall require the <br /> payment of an extension charge to be computed according to the method <br /> of computing tap fees as outlined in Chapter 13.12. This section <br /> shall apply to extensions to all existing water services as well as <br /> to future services. <br /> 13.08.060 - Watering Restrictions. In case of water <br /> shortage, scarcity, or emergency, the Mayor may, by executive order, <br /> place any restrictions which he deems necessary upon the use of water <br /> for non-domestic purposes, irrigation or sprinkling purposes. No <br /> person, corporation or legal entity shall water or irrigate at any <br /> time prohibited by such an order of the Mayor. <br /> -2- <br />
