LCityof <br />Louisville <br />City Manager's Office <br />• Staff is finalizing the scope for Internal Decarbonization Plan implementation. <br />o The City was awarded $2.2M from the Colorado Energy Office to support <br />building electrification at the Public Library, Recreation & Senior Center, Police & <br />Municipal Court and White House. <br />December Collaborative Meeting Outcomes <br />• The Sustainability Managers met after the December three -city board collaborative <br />meeting to discuss feedback. Outcomes include: <br />o Managers will meet monthly to share information about partner cities' events <br />and initiatives. Managers will share these updates in the monthly board packets <br />(in staff updates) or share with board via email, depending on time sensitivity. <br />■ If there's opportunity for a collaborative project (joint memo, program, <br />etc.) the Managers will share this information with respective boards. <br />o The 3 cities' Sustainability Divisions will collaborate to develop the Home <br />Electrification Workshop Series, beginning in May. Boards will support with <br />outreach and engagement, advising, etc. <br />o Board representatives from Lafayette and Superior will attend the March LSAB <br />meeting to learn about neighborhood engagement programs and opportunities, <br />as this was a major area of discussion in the December meeting. <br />LSAB <br />• Reminder about 2024 LSAB meeting dates — 3rd Wednesday of each month from 6:30 — <br />8:00 p.m. at the Public Library, 2nd Floor Board Room <br />o January 17, February 21, March 20, April 17, May 15, June 19, July 17, August 21, <br />September 18, October 16, November 20, December 18 <br />• The 2024 Open Government & Ethics Pamphlet is included in the packet. This document <br />includes information about resident participation, open meetings and ethics, among <br />other items. Please review this document. <br />• The Board & Commission Rules of Procedure, adopted by Council in November 2023, is <br />included in the packet. Important notes include: <br />o Attendance requirements — missing more than 25% of meetings is cause for <br />removal <br />o Electronic Participation Rules — in person meeting may continue if there are <br />technology problems <br />o Expectations of Staff and Board Members <br />3 <br />
