Resolution No. 25, <br /> Series 2010 approves a re -plat of Block 6 and 7. Ordinance No. 1572, Series 2010 <br /> amends the North End General Development Plan, Plat and Planned Unit Development. <br /> Staff recommended Council continue both items to the May 18, 2009 meeting. City <br /> Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1572, Series 2010. <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Marsella requested public comment. There were no comments. <br /> RESOLUTION No. 25, SERIES 2010 A RESOLUTION FOR A RE -PLAT OF BLOCK <br /> 6 AND 7, OF THE NORTH END SUBDIVISION AND FINAL PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT <br /> MOTION: Mayor Pro Tem Marsella moved to continue Resolution No. 25, Series 2010 <br /> to May 18, 2009, seconded by Councilor Dalton. All in favor. Absent: Mayor Sisk <br /> ORDINANCE No. 1572, SERIES 2010 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND NORTH END <br /> GDP, PLAT AND PUD 1 READING Set Public Hearing 05/18/10 <br /> MOTION: Mayor Pro Tem Marsella moved to approve Ordinance No. 1572, Series <br /> 2010, on first reading, ordered it published and set a public hearing for May 18, 2010, <br /> seconded by Councilor Sackett. All in favor. Absent: Mayor Sisk. <br /> CITY MANAGER 2010 GOALS STATUS UPDATE <br /> City Manager Fleming explained during the Council's December 15, 2009 meeting the <br /> City Manager's proposed goals for 2010 were reviewed. Mayor Sisk suggested Council <br /> discuss this issue during the February Budget Retreat. At the February 9, 2010 Budget <br /> Retreat Council agreed each Council member would advise the City Manager of their <br /> top five highest priorities and which five they would remove from the list. The 29 goals <br /> were outlined as follows: <br /> ConocoPhillips Coordination during redevelopment process On schedule <br /> Business Retention and Development On going <br /> Ensure Revenues are consistent with service demands /budget On going <br /> Historic Preservation On going <br /> Performance Measurements On schedule <br /> Emergency Preparedness Delayed <br /> City Manager Fleming explained testing of the emergency sirens is performed twice on <br /> the first Monday of each month; at 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. There is a verbal message <br />
