He <br /> suggested changing the title on "Adopt and Implement Green Building Design <br /> Guidelines" to "Develop Green Building Design Guidelines." Councilor Dalton asked <br /> what priority would be put aside. Deputy City Manager Balser explained the Planning <br /> Department has many priorities over the next twelve months. She explained with <br /> respect to Green Building Design Guidelines, the City was waiting for guidelines from <br /> the Governor's office, which relate to funding for the public process. She noted the <br /> guidelines recently became available. <br /> Review of City Fees Partially complete <br /> Market "Best City" Status On hold <br /> Update Investment Policy Delayed to 2011 <br /> Adopt and Implement Green Building Design Guidelines Council Direction <br /> Councilors accepted City Manager Fleming 2010 Performance Goals as amended. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> City Attorney Light corrected his statement relative to the open space classification <br /> system and stated an ordinance would not be required as it can be done through the <br /> Open Space Master Plan and there is no requirement for the Open Space Master Plan <br /> to be adopted by ordinance. <br />
