Order Meeting was called to order at 8:12 a.m. LOUISVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, August 31, 2010 8:00 am Lydia Morgan Apartments Louisville, CO 80027 To foster the availability of quality, affordable housing and related services for the residents of Louisville, using broad community resources. The Housing Authority of the City of Louisville will accomplish its mission through: community collaboration, effective services and programs, professional organization, efficient resource management, and the expansion of funding sources. Commissioners Present: Terri Abbott, Callan Childs, Scott McKenzie, Walt Oehlkers, Steve Underhill, Commissioners Absent: Rob Kelly Staff Present: Frank Alexander, Executive Director; Chuck Schloz, Housing Division Director; Sally Vigil, Property Manager; Lisa Bangs, Finance Manager., Alma Torres, Administrative Lead Tech Others: Sherri Marsella,`Louisville City Council member and Liaison to the LHA Board; Bonnie Starr, City of Louisville Economic Development; Troy Russ, City of Louisville Planning Director; and Rosalie Royer, Resident Post Office Box 471 Boulder, Colorado 80306 (303) 441 -3929 TDD Colorado Relay 1- 800 659 -2666 Approval of the Agenda Steve motioned to approve the agenda Scott second the motion. Approval of the July 27, 2010 Minutes Steve motioned to approve the minutes with one correction needed Terri second the motion. The correction will be made to the prior month's minutes regarding discussion associated with promoting self- sufficiency and homeownership among the current residents of the LHA properties. Matters from Members of .the Public The City Council has a study session scheduled for LHA. Discuss what issues are important and of interest to the council. This will take place on 10/26 at the public
