This excerpt of a 1978 aerial photo is a front view of 1209 Main: <br />Later owners <br />Erich and Deborah Walls purchased 1209 <br />Main from the Stelmack family in 1996. They, <br />in turn, sold it to Jeffrey Smith and Stacey <br />Brangenberg in 2001. In 2021, Stacey <br />Brangenberg became the sole owner, and in <br />2022, she sold it to Defend Colorado, LLC, <br />which is the current owner of record. <br />Records of the work that owners have had done on the house since the 1990s can be found on the City <br />website here: Main 1209 -Laserfiche WebLink (louisvilleco.gov) . These records show that in the 1990s, some <br />outbuildings were demolished. They appear on a 1996 survey that was filed later with a notation that the <br />buildings were by then gone; They include a "chicken coop" and a "very old barn" at the southwest corner of <br />the property.
