RESOLUTION NO. 03 <br />SERIES 2011 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PRESERVATION AND RESTORATION GRANT <br />AND ALTERATION CERTIFICATE FOR THE JACOE-CONARROE HOUSE, A <br />LOCAL HISTORIC LANDMARK, LOCATED AT 1131 JEFFERSON AVENUE. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Historic Preservation Commission a <br />Preservation and Restoration Grant and Alteration Certification for the Jacoe-Conarroe <br />House, located at 1131 Jefferson Avenue, on property legally described as Lots 9-10, <br />Block 7, Capitol Hill, City of Louisville, State of Colorado; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff and the Louisville Historic Preservation Commission <br />have reviewed the application and found it to be in compliance with Section 3.20.605.D <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville Historic Preservation Commission has held a properly <br />noticed public hearing on the proposed Preservation and Restoration grant and Alteration <br />Certificate application and has recommended the request be forwarded to the City of <br />Louisville City Council with a recommendation of approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the Historic Preservation Commission finds these proposed <br />improvements will assist in the preservation of the Jacoe-Conarroe House, a local <br />historic landmark. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION <br />COMMISSIONOF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />1. The proposed Preservation and Restoration Grant application for the <br />Jacoe-Conarroe House, in the amount of $7,584 is hereby approved, <br />which includes a 20% contingency amount of $1,264. <br />2.
