Minutes - Page 2
October 4, 1979

Kedro:

Basically the dimensions are 20 feet wide bv 22 feet deeD) and
it will be built to match the house exactly: stucco and'
cedar trim siding with a cedar shake roof.

Okay, thank you very much Mr. Kedro. Are there any
statements by people here made in favor of this? Since
there is nobody here, 11m sure that the people in that
area have given their approval to that effect?

B. Ross:

Kedro:

Yes, they have.

B. Ross:

Okay. Are there any comments by the staff?

The staff had no comments.

B. Ross:

You gentlemen have anything? (To the Board).

D. Ross:

Yes, Don Ross here. You're coming from Crown Circle, right?

The driveway comes in through Crown Circle here, the neigh-
bor's house is situated right over here, and his garage
would be right in here, and his driveways's coming out on
Crown Circle this way. The two garages would be next to
each other.

Kedro:

D. Ross:

Thank you sir.

?

What would be your eave overhang on that house? Standard
two foot?

Kedro:

Three.

Ferris:

You many not be aware of it, but your overhang can't go
inside that easement. There's a five foot easement beside
your house there. Probably be your south easement.

Kedro:

Okay, now this is a June 1, 1977 survey, and I didn't
bring a new survey that I had made. We just bought this
house two or three months ago. And it was surveyed again
in June, 1979, and the new survey doesn't'show a five foot
utility easement running along this property line. It shows
the easement here along the street, and it shows the
drainage easement along the back. But it doesn't indicate
a utility easement along here of five feet between property
lines. So I don't know if that's a mistake on the new
survey ?

Ferris:

I think it's a mistake on the new survey. Because this is
the same one that I've got and it's platted on the map
that we've got in the Building Department, so there's an
easement along that side. It should be recorded.
