Kimley»>Horn <br />Page <br />Meetings are anticipated to consist of City staff, property owners, businesses, residents, consultant PM, <br />and Project Team members, as needed. <br />Task 1.13.4 Agency and Stakeholder Coordination <br />Kimley-Horn will prepare for, coordinate, and attend up to seven (7) one -hour virtual independent <br />coordination meetings with affected agencies and Stakeholders. It is anticipated that these meetings will <br />consist of City staff, City of Lafayette staff, Boulder County staff (Parks, Transportation, and Engineering), <br />CDOT staff, FHWA, Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG), Colorado Parks and Wildlife, <br />other potential permitting authority agencies, businesses, residents, consultant PM, and Project Team <br />members, as needed. <br />Task 1.13.5 Design Review, and Issue and/or Comment Resolution Meetings <br />Kimley-Horn will prepare for, coordinate, and attend design review, and issue and/or virtual comment <br />resolution meetings (up to four (4) one -hour meetings) with City, agencies, or other Stakeholder reviewers <br />and/or decision -makers as needed to present designs and/or issues, and to seek resolution of comments <br />and issues. It is anticipated that these meetings will consist of City staff, consultant PM, and Project Team <br />members, as needed. It is anticipated that these meetings will consist of the following types/intervals: <br />• Screening Criteria; <br />• City Council Meetings; <br />• Design development meetings; <br />• Maintenance agency/entity reviews; <br />• Pre -submittal Meetings; <br />• Utility Coordination Meetings; and <br />• ROW acquisition meetings. <br />Task 1.13.6 CDOT File Keeping and Requests for Reimbursement <br />Kimley-Horn will track time and invoices and prepare documentation in accordance with CDOT and Federal <br />Aid requirements. Kimley-Horn will assist in preparation of up to two (2) requests for reimbursements <br />(RFRs). <br />Task 1.6.7 Property Acquisition <br />It is understood that in support of the project, up to one (1) parcel will need to be acquired. It is understood <br />that federal funding is being administered and therefore acquisition efforts must comply with the Uniform <br />Act and CDOT policies. It is understood that relocation assistance will not be required. <br />Kimley-Horn, through use of a qualified subconsultant, Western States Land Services (WSLS) will assist <br />with the City's acquisition of up to one (1) parcel. <br />Meetings and General Coordination/Research <br />WSLS will meet with the appropriate Project Team and City representatives to assist with the various <br />coordination efforts and design review.
