Due to the unknown nature of these services, we have assumed up to fifty (50) hours for these services for estimating purposes. In the event that services are extended beyond the estimated fee, an amendment to this Agreement will be processed. Task 1 Assumptions: • Up to one (1) virtual two-hour Kickoff Meeting • Up to twenty (20) virtual one -hour PMT Meetings • Up to twenty (20) virtual one -hour bi-weekly City/Consultant PM Coordination Meetings • Up to two (2) one -hour in -person Stakeholder Meetings • Up to six (6) one -hour virtual Stakeholder Meetings • Up to seven (7) virtual one -hour Agency/Stakeholder Meetings • Up to four (4) virtual one -hour Design Review and Issue and/or Comment Resolution Meetings • Website to be hosted and managed by City of Louisville • Up to one (1) ROW acquisition Task 1 Deliverables • Meeting Agendas, Minutes, Materials • Monthly Progress Reports in CDOT format • Property Acquisition of up to one (1) fee parcel. City will pay for closing costs and title insurance. • Up to one (1) Title Commitment • Up to one (1) Eminent Domain Appraisal • Up to one (1) Appraisal Review Task 2 Data Collection Task 2.A Utility Locates and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Kimley-Horn, through use of a qualified subconsultant, T2UE Utility Engineers (T2ue), will complete utility locates and Quality Level A (QLA) and Quality Level B (QLB) Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) investigation as outlined below. T2ue will conduct utility investigations meeting the requirements of ASCE 38-22, C.R.S. 9-1.5-103. The scope of services identified below provides for a QLA, QLB, QLC, and QLD investigation. T2ue will conduct, document, stamp, and seal a Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) investigation of the project area to document existing utilities within the project limits. As part of the SUE investigation for this project, T2ue will complete the following tasks. Records Research T2ue will submit a Subsurface Utility Engineering ticket to Colorado 811 to aid in the identification of Utility Owners that may have facilities on, or be affected by, the project.
