City will pay for closing costs and title insurance. <br />• Up to one (1) Title Commitment <br />• Up to one (1) Eminent Domain Appraisal <br />• Up to one (1) Appraisal Review <br />Task 2 Data Collection <br />Task 2.A Utility Locates and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) <br />Kimley-Horn, through use of a qualified subconsultant, T2UE Utility Engineers (T2ue), will complete utility <br />locates and Quality Level A (QLA) and Quality Level B (QLB) Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) <br />investigation as outlined below. <br />T2ue will conduct utility investigations meeting the requirements of ASCE 38-22, C.R.S. 9-1.5-103. The <br />scope of services identified below provides for a QLA, QLB, QLC, and QLD investigation. T2ue will conduct, <br />document, stamp, and seal a Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) investigation of the project area to <br />document existing utilities within the project limits. As part of the SUE investigation for this project, T2ue <br />will complete the following tasks. <br />Records Research <br />T2ue will submit a Subsurface Utility Engineering ticket to Colorado 811 to aid in the identification of Utility <br />Owners that may have facilities on, or be affected by, the project.
