ConocoPhillips Campus GDP <br />As part of the "density swap," the applicant proposes adding 364,400 sq. ft. of additional <br />allowed building area specific to Lot 1, Block 2 of Redtail Ridge Filing No. 1, which is <br />owned by Portercare Adventist Health Systems and the anticipated site of a new <br />hospital campus development. The proposed GDP labels this lot as the "Hospital <br />Parcel." When added to the existing development cap within Redtail Ridge of <br />2,542,380 sq. ft., the total allowed development equals 2,906,780 sq. ft.
