A continuance would provide for discussions with the property owner <br />and/or their attorney. <br /> <br />There was Council consensus to continue this matter. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro-Tem Keany called for a ten-minute recess at 9:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk called the meeting back to order at 9:40 p.m. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light left the meeting at 9:40 p.m. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING - LANDMARK DESIGNATION APPLICATIONS <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING - LANDMARK DESIGNATION APPLICATION - <br />LOUISVILLE HISTORICAL MUSEUM, 1001 MAIN STREET <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING - LANDMARK DESIGNATION APPLICATION - <br />LOUISVILLE ARTS CENTER, 801 GRANT AVENUE <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING - LANDMARK DESIGNATION APPLICATION - AUSTIN- <br />NIEHOFF HOUSE, 717 MAIN STREET <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk reported the Preservation Commission has requested the Landmark <br />Designation on three properties be continued to September 6, 2005. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved the public hearing on the three Landmark <br />Designation Applications be continued to September 6, 2005. Council member <br />Van Pelt seconded the motion. All in favor. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE No. 1475, SERIES 2005 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE <br />CHAPTER 3.20 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE, REGARDING THE <br />COLLECTION OF DELINQUENT SALES AND USE TAXES - 1st reading - set <br />public hearing 9/6/05 <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk requested an ordinance introduction. <br /> <br />City Clerk Varra read Ordinance No. 1475, Series 2005. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved to send out Ordinance No. 1475, Series 2005 for <br />publication and set a public hearing for September 6, 2005. Council member <br />Van Pelt seconded the motion. <br />
