Light recommended that the <br />Council remand the zoning application to the Planning Commission for further <br />consideration. With respect to the annexation agreement, Light recommended that Staff <br />be directed to review Councils' proposals. <br /> <br />Sisk asked that the Planning Commission reevaluate the zoning based on a new <br />preliminary plan prior to February 20, 2001. <br /> <br />MOTION: Sisk moved that Council continue Ordinance No. 1345, Series 2000 to <br />February 20, 2001, seconded by Howard.
