Cultural Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 19, 2012 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />XIV. General Discussion /Brainstorming <br />• Cast 3 Membership (Susan Honstein). Brett moved to approve to be a part of <br />Cast 3. Danyelle seconded. The motion was unanimous. <br />• Payment for upkeep of mail list and newsletter mailings. Julie Kovash has <br />been doing the newsletter for the last 7 years. She doesn't sound like she <br />wants to continue for free. Her proposal is for $300 per quarter. <br />• T -Shirt Project (Shary Wohl) will be displayed in the window at Great Western <br />Bank next week. <br />• On the Same Page Collaboration (Shary Wohl and Denice Spencer) <br />• Youth Event Coordination: Young Writers, Youth Concerts (Danyelle Taylor) <br />• City Council Presentation (Brett Nickerson) —Susan suggested that Brett <br />bring the direction question first to Frost who would bring it to the council. <br />XV. Discussion Items for Next Meeting <br />• AIPP Project (Susan Honstein) <br />XVI. Adjourn — Andy made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Emma seconded the <br />motion. The meeting was adjourned. <br />
