Dillon Road #3 <br />Carlson moved the Authority grant local approval to Altermeds contingent <br />upon compliance with the Louisville Municipal Code regarding employee <br />background checks. Rhoades Post 111 <br /> Club Liquor License –1150 Pine Street <br />This modification isreducing the size of the club license in anticipation of the <br />establishment leasing space to a brewery and taproom. Discussion centered <br />on the patios and the control between the businesses. Rommelfanger <br />moved the Authority approve the modification of premises for the American <br />Legion. Lipton seconded. Roll Call Vote –Lipton, yes –Wilson –yes, <br />Gunning –yes, Carlson –yes and Rommelfanger –yes. <br /> E. Transfer Application –La Revolucion LLC d/b/a La Revolucion – <br /> Tavern Liquor License Transfer –701 Main Street <br />The applicant was asked to provide some additional items to complete the <br />transfer application. As of the meeting time, the additions had not been <br />received. Wilson moved the Authority continue this item until all the <br />paperwork is received and invite the applicant to attend. Rommelfanger <br />seconded. Roll Call Vote: Wilson –yes, Rommelfanger –yes, Carlson – <br />yes, Lipton –yes and Gunning –yes. <br /> F. Modification of Premises –Kasbah Restaurants, LLC d/b/a <br /> Imperial Fez Moroccan Restaurant –Tavern Liquor License – <br /> 820 Main Street #101 <br />The restaurant is applying to add tables on the sidewalk and temporary <br />patios in the street. There was discussion about the sidewalk tables and their <br />addition as a permanent part of the establishment. The applicant has been <br />told they may have to do another modification in November to get those <br />tables added permanently if the State Liquor Enforcement does not allow <br />this to all be done with this modification. Rommelfanger moved the Authority <br />approve the modification of premises for Imperial Fez Moroccan Restaurant. <br />Carlson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Wilson –yes, Rommelfanger –yes, <br /> <br />
