He
noted that WGP is based in Arizona. WGP is strictly a course management company and
currently manages approximately 20 golf courses in Arizona, California, Texas, Florida,
Virginia, Nevada, Washington and Colorado.

Baysinger noted that the review selection team consisted of Steve Anderson, Barb
Bender, Pete Pederson and Ron Taylor. In addition, John Keany and Dianne Ray served
on the team. WGP presented strong financial accounting aptitude and intends to assign a
controller on site. Additionally, the selection team recommended WGP based on their
commitment to quality course conditions and customer service. References of WGP
were favorable.

Baysinger stated that WGP, by company policy, does not hold liquor licenses in their
name for any of the courses they manage. Staff submitted documents to transfer the
existing liquor license to the City of Louisville. Currently the course is operating with a
temporary liquor license obtained through the Local Licensing Authority. 'Staff will work
with the Local Licensing Authority to finalize the transfer.

7
