Loo had questions about the closeness of the two homes and when a wall would have be constructed of fire rated material. Applicant Presentation and Questions of Applicant: Bennett Schmidt, 525 Lafarge, property owner of 625 and 637 Lincoln discussed the reason for originally wanting to have the two home joined and now the reason for wanting them as two separate units. Deborski asked why the units had been joined. Schmidt stated it was a dream. Sheets asked what are the plans for the two properties. Schmidt stated they would remain as two units without plans to demo either unit. Members of the Public: None heard. Public Hearing Closed Commission Comments: Deborski, Sheets, McA vinew, Hartman, Loo, Pritchard and Lipton all stated support of the request as presented by staff and the applicant. Loo moved and Pritchard seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 22, Series 2007 as presented by Staff with the three conditions.
