Louisville City Council Meeting <br />May 7, 20O2 <br />Page 15 <br /> <br />Davidson reconvened the meeting at 10:02 p.m. <br /> <br />Davidson reviewed that; in executive session, Council discussed the annual review of the <br />City Manager. He stated that a second executive session would be convened to discuss <br />salary and benefits. He noted that according to the Charter, a written official performance <br />review would be available to the public and the press. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br /> <br />City Manager Bill Simmons reported on the items scheduled for future agendas for study <br />sessions and council meetings. <br /> · Study Session May 14, 2002 - Louisville Housing Authority presentation. <br /> Balfour requests for reconsideration of fees. Local Licensing Authority <br /> Ordinance on fines in lieu of suspension. <br /> <br />Mayor Davidson suggested that the Local Licensing Authority Ordinance not be <br />reviewed at a study session and be set for a regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />· Study Session May 28, 2002 or June 11, 2002 - Discussions with the Resource <br /> Conservation Advisory Board. <br /> <br />Mayer requested that the Resource Conservation Advisory Board study session be <br />scheduled for May 28, 2002. <br /> <br />· Study Session June 25, 2002 - First goal setting session for the 2003 Budget. <br /> <br />Simmons asked Council if they had a preference to meet the East Boulder County Arts <br />Alive Committee to review the Feasibility Study at a study session or a joint meeting <br />with the Downtown Business Association and the Louisville Chamber of Commerce. <br /> <br />Brown requested that the Downtown Business Association and Chamber of Commerce <br />be included in the meeting with the East Boulder County Arts Alive Committee as they <br />were partners in the planning process. <br /> <br />Sisk voiced his preference that the meeting with the East Boulder County Arts Alive <br />Committee be scheduled for a regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />Mayer stated his preference to meet with the Arts Alive Committee and review the study <br />at a study session. <br /> <br />The consensus was to review the feasibility study at a study session. <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br /> <br />
